Commercial Projects
Currently, Tartan is representing Archon Group and 83 Ventures, LLC, in Chatham Market, a 50-acre redevelopment at 83rd Street and Stewart Avenue on Chicago's South Side that is anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement and will feature an additional 100,000 sf of "junior anchors" and multiple outlots.
Tartan is also representing JPS Interests in the leasing of Southgate Market, a 310,000 sf LEED-certified multi-level retail development located at Roosevelt and Canal streets in Chicago’s South Loop. Anchored by a 50,000 sf Whole Foods Market and 30,000 sf Linens ‘n Things, the project also features 15 other tenants, including Office Depot, Cost Plus, World Market, LA Fitness, AT&T Wireless, and Panera Bread; the project is anticipated to open November 2006.
Tartan has developed and leased Washington Commons, a 13,000 sf retail center in Bloomington, Illinois, featuring Potbelly Sandwich Works, Starbucks, NEXTEL, and Electronic Boutique.

Campustown Projects
Tartan specializes in working with universities to bring retail developments to campus centers. Completed projects are now open at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Illinois State University. Additional projects are under construction in Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and at Illinois State in Normal, Illinois.
