Commercial Projects Overview
Tartan comprises a talented staff with a wide range of skills in all aspects of commercial development, including brokerage, leasing, development and management.
We are currently leasing two of the largest urban Chicago retail projects and have completed transactions with Whole Foods, Linens N Things, DSW Shoe Warehouse, LaSalle Bank, Cost Plus World Market, Potbelly's, Office Depot, Jewel-Osco, LA Fitness, Fox & Obel, Bank of America, Starbucks, Verizon and Panera Bread.
Tartan has completed developments that have required significant tax increment financing (TIF) and have been awarded several projects requiring a Request for Proposal (RFP). Tartan has embraced the green building movement and is pursuing several LEED certified projects.
